Below is a summary of the shipping options we offer. All goods are shipped from our UK warehouse in Oxfordshire, and we deliver worldwide.

Accurate shipping rates will be displayed in your shopping cart based on the items you’ve selected, as delivery options may vary depending on the size and finish of your product.

Free UK* Delivery

Delivered Monday-Saturday (excluding bank or public holidays).
May require a signature.

*Unfortunately, Free Delivery is not available to Northern Ireland, UK Highlands and UK Islands. 

Priority UK Delivery

From £4.00
Delivered several days quicker than free delivery.
Delivered Monday-Saturday (excluding bank or public holidays.)

Next Day UK* Delivery

From £5.00
Delivered next working day (excluding Saturday's.) Available only on a selection of products. 

Orders placed by 12pm Monday-Thursday will be delivered the next day.
Orders placed by 12pm on a Friday will be delivered on Monday.

The Next Day service is always a tracked service and therefore may require a signature.

Overseas Dispatch and Delivery Information

Orders being delivered overseas will take longer. Please refer to the dispatch times shown on the product page under Product Specifications. Each delivery option available to you will have a delivery time shown in the cart for your destination; this is the time it will take for your order to be delivered after dispatch.

Overseas Priority Tracked & Signed Delivery

Usually sent by Royal Mail in the UK and passed onto the local postal service in the relevant country. Due to product size limitations, this service is not available for all items. Please refer to the shopping cart to confirm the price, as this varies per country.

Overseas Courier Delivery

Due to product size limitations, this service is not available for all items. Please refer to the shopping cart to confirm the price, as this varies per country.

Overseas Premium International Courier

EU Duties and Taxes - orders under 150euros

For orders under 150euros, European Union VAT is calculated and collected at checkout. This means your order will clear customs quickly without any unexpected fees upon delivery.

For EU orders over 150euros, we ship using DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). We collect an import charges prepayment at checkout to cover VAT and duties due at the border. This means your order will clear customs quickly without any unexpected fees upon delivery. 

International Delivery – Taxes, Duties & Customs Charges

For orders delivered outside the UK and the European Union, local import duties, taxes, customs charges and handling fees may apply when your order arrives in your destination country.

These charges are not included in the price you pay at checkout and are the responsibility of the recipient. Your local customs authority or delivery carrier will contact you if payment is required before your order can be delivered.

As customs regulations and import thresholds vary from country to country, we are unable to estimate or advise on the amount that may be charged. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you are unsure about any potential import costs before placing your order.

Please note:

  • Import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees are determined by your destination country.
  • Any customs or carrier handling fees are payable by the recipient.
  • We are unable to reimburse customs charges or import taxes.
  • If an order is refused because customs charges are not paid, any return shipping costs, customs fees and carrier charges incurred will be deducted from any refund where applicable.

Further delivery information

Important! Please check for Damage. Many items are shipped via Royal Mail, however some items, for example, larger wall maps, are shipped via courier. If your product does arrive by courier, please ensure you inspect goods for damage prior to signing for them. If the packaging or product is damaged please do not accept it from the courier or alternatively please sign for the item as damaged. Please contact us to let us know if any item, whether delivered by the Royal Mail or a courier, is damaged within 24 hours of taking delivery. If taking delivery on a Saturday, please note our offices are closed on Saturday and Sunday. In this instance, please either contact us here over the weekend or call us on Monday. Please note: to check the actual map for damage, you will need to remove it from the package. Unfortunately, occasionally damage occurs to the map when the packaging looks in good condition.
