Checking for Damaged Items

Many items are shipped via Royal Mail, however some items, for example larger wall maps, are shipped via courier. If your product does arrive by courier please ensure you inspect goods for damage prior to signing for them. If the packaging or product is damaged please do not accept it from the courier or alternatively please sign for the item as damaged. Please contact us to let us know if any item, whether delivered by the Royal Mail or Courier, is damaged within 24 hours of taking delivery. If taking delivery on a Saturday, please note our offices are closed on Saturday and Sunday. In this instance please either contact ushere over the weekend or call us on Monday. Please note: to check the actual map for damage you will need to remove it from the package. Unfortunately occasionally damage occurs to the map when the packaging looks in good condition.
