We are going nuts for the Brazil World Cup, with our own office sweepstake plotted on our World Map!

The atmosphere in Maps International has become rather competitive, as the World Cup gets underway today. Everyone in the office has taken part in a sweepstake, entering two whole pounds of their own money in the hope of picking a team which will win the football tournament.

My two picks were – Russia and Nigeria – these are not the two favourites in the competition with the odds of Russia winning being put as 125 -1 and Nigeria’s odds are 300 – 1. However, for me the World Cup is not just about cheering on our teams to win but also about immersing ourselves in football fever. So why not join in with your own sweepstake, with bringing together your family and friends to take part?

We created ours by using Paddy Power’s Sweepstake World Cup Kit, we then used one of our very own World Wall Maps to pin on each picked country. Check out our finished article below, to get some inspiration!
