14 day returns policy
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days from the date you received the item. Please send the item back to:

Please write on the package in large black letters
RETURN followed by the last five digits of your order number (shown on your delivery note)
i.e. RETURN 12345
Please ensure that you include a copy of your delivery note. If the item was supplied as advertised then we will refund you the cost of the item minus the cost of delivering the product to you along with a small administration fee for some items.
If you would like to exchange your item we will charge you postage to send your alternative. If you chose UK Saver Delivery then you will be required to pay the Standard Delivery postage costs to send the alternative.
Please note we cannot refund any items that have not been received by our returns department. Similarly we cannot refund any items that do not reach us in the same condition as they were sent out. For this reason you may want to consider using a courier or registered post to return items to us.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
All wall maps, globes and any other order over £100 are now delivered by courier to your door. Please ensure you inspect goods for damage prior to signing for them. If the packaging or product is damaged please do not accept it from the courier and contact us immediately for a replacement. Maps International cannot be held responsible for damage once goods have been signed for and accepted from the courier.
If you notice the product is damaged then please do not accept the goods from the courier and contact us. If the above procedure is followed we will arrange for an immediate collection of the damaged item and re-supply.
For all other items please contact us to arrange for the damaged item to be returned Freepost and for a replacement to be sent out.
If the item you have ordered has been incorrectly packed please contact us for our Freepost address to return it to. If the item has been delivered by courier we will arrange for a collection at no cost to you. We will send the correct item out to you as soon as possible.
Returns Policy for MapVu Wall maps (customised wall maps)
Once orders have been received and made, we cannot offer a full refund. Within the price we will send you a free full sized paper proof of your map. Should you wish not to continue with your order after you have received the proof there will be a fee to pay which covers us for undertaking work on your behalf. This amount is normally only £30 but should you be ordering a very large map there might be a higher charge (at our discretion.)
Returns Policy for MapVu Data (custom clipped data)
Unfortunately you have no right of return with MapVu Data. Once you have received the data we cannot refund any monies paid.

Unfortunately there is no guaranteed right of return for any of our other business products. If the item has been customised entirely for you, i.e. your area, added logos etc there is no right of return. Some items may be permissible to return at our discretion. If you do wish to return a business item then please ensure you contact one of our team first who will advise you whether or not it is possible. Any business returns that are sent back without our knowledge will not be processed for a refund.
