☃ Extended Christmas returns policy starts 20th November 2015 ☃
Our extended Christmas returns policy is valid from 20th November 2015. This means that you can now return online purchases up until January 19th 2015. Normal exclusions apply. Our standard returns policy details are below.
14 day returns policy
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days from the date you received the item. Please contact our customer services team by email -email@example.com or 01993 880 939 to confirm an item you wish to return. Our customer services team will provide the information you need.

Please write on the package in large black letters
RETURN followed by the last five digits of your order number (shown on your delivery note)
i.e. RETURN 12345
Please ensure that you include a copy of your delivery note. If the item was supplied as advertised then we will refund you the cost of the item minus the cost of delivering the product to you along with a small administration fee for some items.
If you would like to exchange your item we will charge you postage to send your alternative. If you chose UK Saver Delivery then you will be required to pay the Standard Delivery postage costs to send the alternative (£5.00 Mainland UK, please refer to delivery charges for any other country.)
Please note we cannot refund any items that have not been received by our returns department. Similarly we cannot refund any items that do not reach us in the same condition as they were sent out. For this reason you may want to consider using a courier or registered post to return items to us.
Most items are shipped via Royal Mail, however some items, for example larger wall maps, are shipped via courier. If your product does arrive by courier please ensure you inspect goods for damage prior to signing for them. If the packaging or product is damaged please do not accept it from the courier and contact us immediately for a replacement. Maps International cannot be held responsible for damage once goods have been signed for and accepted from the courier. If you notice the product is damaged then please do not accept the goods from the courier and contact us. If the above procedure is followed we will arrange for an immediate collection of the damaged item and will re-supply the goods to you as soon as possible.
If you have ordered an incorrect product by mistake and you would like to return it for an exchange or a refund, you may do so within 14 days.
Please note, if exchanging the product, you will need to pay for the return of the goods and the cost to re-deliver a new order. If you are returning the goods for a refund, you will need to pay for the return of the goods and you will be refunded less the standard delivery charge (£5.00 Mainland UK, please refer to delivery charges for any other country.)
If the item you have ordered has been incorrectly packed please contact us and we will arrange to collect the goods from you and we will re-supply the goods as soon as we have received back the incorrectly packed order.
Returns Policy for Digital Supplies
Once orders have been received and delivery electronically, we cannot offer a refund.
Any items that have been personalised to your own specification or centred on an area of your choice (i.e. personalised wall maps or postcode sector maps) cannot be returned unfortunately. Please ensure that you are entirely happy with what you are purchasing and that the customisation of the map ordered is correct. We will print your text exactly as it is written and cannot be held responsible for incorrect spelling's and grammatical errors.
