UK Mainland

If you have a UK Mainland delivery address then you can choose either FREE UK Saver Delivery or Priority delivery on most products and finishes (canvas finishes not included). Additionally we offer Express Next Day delivery on a selection of items.


Non Mainland UK areas

We also now offer our customers within the UK but outside of the mainland (see list below) the option of free UK Saver Delivery for a selection of our smaller rolled wall maps. Unfortunately many of the courier companies apply surcharges for delivering goods to non-mainland UK areas and thus we have to pass the charge on when the goods become too large to be delivered by the Royal Mail.

Priority delivery charges


All delivery costs will be clearly displayed in the cart before you are required to provide any payment details. Priority Delivery charges - You will be charged delivery for the highest cost item only.

Category N* – Selected Canvas Maps

Category E – Rolled Wall Maps where the shortest length is less than 90cm. Hanging Bars: Our small version is the only map sold with hanging bars that falls into this category.

Category F – Flat Wall Maps (i.e. boarded and framed maps + most canvas maps)

Category G – Oversized Flat Wall Maps (i.e. boarded and framed maps + most canvas maps)

Category H - MapVu Data and digital town plans

Category I – All Globes

Category J – Oversized Rolled Wall Maps (including those with hanging bars)

Category P* – Certain Gift Products











Mainland UK










World & Europe Economy Service

We offer reduced rates for Category E products. These maps include most of our rolled maps and are shipped via Royal Mail. Also available at special reduced rates are Category P products which are special featured gift items. All delivery costs will be clearly displayed in the cart before you are required to provide any payment details.

World Wide Destinations


If you wish to order from us and have it delivered to a country that we do not currently deliver to, we are happy to arrange for you to arrange your couriers to pick it up. You will need to order over the phone and we’ll let you know when the item will be ready for collection. All delivery costs will be clearly displayed in the cart before you are required to provide any payment details.

We are able to deliver most items to BFPO addresses, please just enter the BFPO number into the postcode field or contact us if you are unsure. BFPO delivery is calculated as UK postage, and you can choose either Priority or UK Saver Delivery if you wish.

Damaged Items

Many items are shipped via Royal Mail, however some items, for example larger wall maps, are shipped via courier. If your product does arrive by courier please ensure you inspect goods for damage prior to signing for them. If the packaging or product is damaged please do not accept it from the courier or alternatively please sign for the item as damaged. Please contact us to let us know if any item, whether delivered by the Royal Mail or Courier, is damaged within 24 hours of taking delivery. If taking delivery on a Saturday, please note our offices are closed on Saturday and Sunday. In this instance please either email us over the weekend or call us on Monday. Please note: to check the actual map for damage you will need to remove it from the package. Unfortunately occasionally damage occurs to the map when the packaging looks in good condition. Other information


Please contact us should your item not have arrived within a reasonable amount of time. Unfortunately items do go missing occasionally due to the postal system.
